Cambodia News, Sihanoukville: On 17 January, 2020, 17 people were arrested in Sihanoukville's district 4, in two separate cases of methamphetamine traffic.

In the first police raid, ten suspects were arrested with drugs packaged as Ferrari coffee and all the packaging gear.
The other operation involved the arrest of seven suspects who were caught with drugs and smoking paraphernalia on the same day. It is not sure if the two drug operations were connected.

Anyway here's what pops up on the net - maybe the tea-lady has a new cunning disguise
