IF they had brains they'd tell off duty cops to hit the are and catch anyone doing that. This is a big money getter as you can fine several and make like the cameras and other equipment will be seized if fine not paid NOW!

The long blue (and sometimes olive drab) arm of the law reached out today and nabbed three foreigners suspected of the photographic travesty in SR. Now with the apprehension of these alleged perps, moral Cambodians can rest easy in the knowledge that they will never again lead their sons and especially daughters into sexual temptation or removal of underwear, except of course when they change from dry season undies to wet season ones. Now if we could just outlaw tuk tuks.
