Purely from morbid curiosity I'm trying to work out the 'mechanics of injury' on that one - even as an ambo I can't work it out. Anyone?

That's why I suspected she was riding "side saddle" as the injuries look like crush injuries caused by high impact. Have a look at this degloving injury of the left thigh for example.

It looks like only the girl in the blue shorts is injured that way. The girl in the pink shorts seems to be relatively uninjured.
