My friend can now ask for some compensation as it is obvious the same thief stole the money from his wallet. (Plus there is no warning against leaving things in the locker like most gyms)
Here you go.

From the link: "១៤ម៉ឺនដុល្លារ"
Surely that would be $140,000 ?

Yes they did. It happened only last week. Met spa manager initially then someone higher up. They 'investigated' but found no evidence.General Mackevili wrote: Wow! Did they make a complaint at the time?
The thieves took a few $100 bills out of a wallet but left the small notes.
Going to go back and complain (with the link) and get 6 mths or a years membership as compensation.

I see the value of the jewels are all over the place, ranging from $14,000 to $300,000!

It was the bodyguard probably. TV footage showed he had the key, stayed in the locker room the whole time, & the 2 employees have been released. LINK: http://www.phnompenhpost.com/national/g ... ds-workers

I guess it's more likely that they took the fall in the first place from all the numerous pretty thefts they've been doing that everyone already knew about, LoL.
