Sihanoukville Landlords test the Market at Crazy Prices

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Only see one new here in KK, that is Stevie Cs Sports bar. And a week or so ago Pizza 23 closed down.

I pay 650 a month for a serviced apartment in Daun Penh. 130 sq meters, full time security, card access to building, housekeeping, free internet, water and drinking water. New building.

I have a bit of a walk if I want to see the beautiful brown water of the Mekong though.

Far from remaining monarchical, hierarchy-ridden subjects on the margin of civilization, Americans had become, almost overnight, the most liberal, the most democratic, the most commercial minded, and the most modern people in the world." - Gordon S. How about Frans from You and Me? Not open yet? G'day Mate GH is on the way reportedly.
Seen a few on the SV expats FB group announce their intentions to set up there recently.

I see Stevie C is blazing a trail to KK for all the other exiles from Sihanoukville. Rooms availabe, Football on Tv, Beer and a selection of food. The pictures of which must have been photo shopped to give the true look of British culinary expertise.
I have not posted the pics as I fear they must have copy-write.
