Sihanoukville: Foreigner Found Laid Out In Front of His Home
A foreigner had been seen falling down near the house of Ms. Ser Tepi, located in district number 4, on 10 August.
Police confirmed that the guy was really drunk and couldn't make it home and Police also helped facilitating in this.

I was quite surprised to see the backpack still attatched. I hope he still has his phone and wallet. I wouldn't even put it past the photographer pickpocketing him. If he had a watch - it's gone.
