Siem Reap police allow drug trafficker to escape prison
Re: Siem Reap police allow drug trafficker to escape prison
if they were wearing masks etc how did they get caught? did i miss something?
I actually saw them Friday nite. They were w/ a mutual friend of mine. I was walking into a bar/club and they were outside. I recognized them because I seen them before in previous years and assumed they were DPs but they werent.
Still confused how they got caught.

New Tin Foil hat…
The mainland Chinese gangsters don’t like him and actively ‘helped’ the authorities (or maybe even paid them to find him).
Probably the same ones the boss was trying to escape from in the first place.
My predictions might be completely wrong, of course.

Two more arrests. Police still looking for 3 men from Turkey. It’s becoming a little unbelievable that this many people were involved. Meanwhile when are they arresting the police that let him walk away or the police who provided the guns

Five gunmen with silencers, jump four guards. Did you seriously expect the outnumbered guards to start a firefight in a dental clinic and risk innocent lives both in the clinic and out in the street? Look at the security cam footage. The guards weren’t wearing full tactical gear, AK 47s off safety, looking ready for a fight.SiemReapLOL wrote:Two more arrests. And since when do the prison police guards provide (or even have themselves) shiny new guns with silencers to criminals?
You obviously posses insider knowledge that most CEO members, including me, do not have.
I think the police are being paid now to dismember the crime boss’ organization. Paid probably by his enemies.

There was no suggestion that the prison police provided the guns, apparently the Chinese woman bought them from some other police, presumably in the capital. And since when do the prison police guards provide (or even have themselves) shiny new guns with silencers to criminals?
Silence, exile, and cunning.

UPDATE
Cambodia News, (Siem Reap Province): The Criminal Planning Force of the Siem Reap Provincial Police has arrested two Cambodian nationals, suspected of aiding and abetting the gang who freed the drug mastermind, Chin Hsin Han.
The two suspects, a man and a woman, are identified as Prak Chamroeun, female, 38 years old, currently living Veal Village, Sangkat Kork Chak, Siem Reap Province, according to the implementation of the arrest warrant No. 401 A.Y.C., and Khan Sokha, alias Toeur, male, 28 years old, Khmer nationality, current address: Veal Village, Sangkat Kork Chak, Siem Reap Province.
The Cambodian man allegedly assisted the gang by driving a motorcycle to pick up the Chinese man in return for a payment of $500, and he was permitted to keep the motorbike (which is probably how he was caught .)

Re: Siem Reap police allow drug trafficker to escape prison
Should be up to 13 people arrested now (the post above says 11).
Person number 8 on your list is
8. Sim Soeun alias Aklo
The have also arrested Aklos “wife” and “nephew”
Khmer news says the nephew was given $500 to drop off a get-away motorbike for Chen Hsin Han. He was also given the motorbike and told he was going to receive another $1000.
It is not being reported what the man’s wife had to do with any of this. One has to wonder what’s happening with his children with dad and now mom in jail.
Police are still looking for atleast 3 Turkish men they also say were involved. It is very difficult to believe it took atleast 16 people (maybe more) to pull this off, not even counting the corrupt police who let Chen Hsin Han walk away and the corrupt police who sold the firearms used
The wife looks very dangerous selling her meager food products (sarcasm)

Why don’t they dress their prisoners in orange jumpsuits in case they try to all make a run for it ?
Duh , it would chaos if some bystander came up and fired some shots to disrupt the procedure and cause disruption.
