The new governor of Sihanoukville will take action with those who throw rubbish in the public

Sihnoukville: According to Kohsantephep Daily News, the new governor of Sihanoukville has warned that he will talk legal action for anyone who does not follow the instruction of City Hall related to throwing rubbish in the public which really affect the beauty of Sihanoukville city.

The governor said this during the City-Clan UP Day which was held on 27 August 2015. He added, if we still allow people to throw rubbish in the public, Sihnoukville will lose the support from both local and foreign tourists. No one will come to visit Sihanoukville.

Sihanoukville: Ville new governor Sok Leng loud warning that it will take legal action if any citizen but do not follow the instructions of the relevant municipality to waste disposal in public places, which makes that affect the urban environment sanitation.

Mayor said this at the rubbish across the Ville on the morning of August 27, 2015, stressing that if we still let garbage in public places anymore tourism is clearly no support from the national tourist and International. Because we know that Sihanoukville police not only a major economic commodity accent, but as a tourist area board natural potential as a star hero direction fish the most beautiful beaches in the world as well.

So, to be appropriate to the prestigious reputation, we need participation from all citizens and visitors in the building Green City in the future, everything that can not make decisions if there is no cooperation from citizens and visitors tourists.

The road to Otres is one big dump. "When pigs fly", then maybe the authorities will fine people for using the roadsides as rubbish pits.
So then they'll just have to burn it all... :?:
I don't think the roadside shacks have rubbish collection.

Well, good intentions anyway. It's a start.

i didnt realise how bad it was down on the way to otres until about 4 months ago when i took propper notice and was disgusted by it1
