Shirtless Barang Caught on CCTV Smashing ATM Machine at Diamond Ocean Resort in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville: A foreigner who was caught on a CCTV Security Video has been reported to police for smashing an ATM machine located at Diamond Ocean Resort last night (January 31) nearby Serendipity Beach, towards Ocheateal Beach tour boat habour, located at number 4 commune, Sihanoukville City.

It appeared to be a failed attempt to break into the ATM. Police are looking for the foreigner so that they can arrest him.

Well, he definitely has something in his hand that he's hitting the ATM with, but I can't tell for certain if that's a tattoo on his back, or he's just another dirty backpacker, literally.

Dear tourists, Would you smash up an ATM in your own country ? No you wouldn't because that would get you in deep shit, and besides anything else it is totally pointless. If anyone has ever managed to rob an ATM with their bare hands, let us know.

I've never smashed up an ATM, but I've certainly punched and kicked a few of the soulless automatons when they swallowed my cards.
