Sihanoukville: A well-known expat from Scotland, 61 year old Richard "Willie" Stiven was found dead on the Floor of his Sihanoukville Guesthouse.
Local media reports that his body was found by the hotel manager on the evening of June 26 and the cause of is heart attack.
