Banteay Meanchey: Two Poipet primary schools are out of action because of recent rains. Oul Chey Primary School director Seng Thearith said that during the rainy season, his students at school had a difficult time. Every year the school becomes impossible to study in because of flooding, which is due to the fact that his school has no drainage system.

Bali Lei Primary School has more than 10 rooms, but students miss school because only one room can be used because of the floods.
