3 Russian Sentenced to 10 Months for ATM Theft Attempt

The judge sentenced 3 Russian to 10 months in prison for ATM theft attempt

Phnom Penh: According to Kampuchea Thmey, The judge of Municipal Court of Phnom Penh, on 17 November 2015, sentenced 3 Russian to 10 months in prison for ATM theft attempt. They will be serving only 2 months and the rest will be postponed. They were sentenced following the article 353 and 356 of Criminal Law.

The judge, Morng Chan Sorphea said, Mr Vesicles Veselin Todo, 48 years old, Hazirosev, 28 Years Old and Giorgiste Finoga, 25 years old, Russian were arrested by Cambodian authority on 23 September 2015 at ATM of ANZ Royal Bank located in Chamkarmon district, Phnom Penh. They were arrested while they were using computer to try to get the money from the ATM.

These guys again ? Or 2 guys and a woman apparently, but they were reported as Bulgarian the first time round. The woman ? 's name has also changed but the other 2 match. They were arrested Sept 23 so should be out in 10 days - but it doesn't say if they will be deported, or released to try to do a better job next time. Are foreign criminals systematically deported on release ? Maybe they have visas and work permits ?
