Russian Man Injured in Phnom Penh Apartment Fire

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On the night of February 25, 2019, an unidentified Russian man was slightly injured after a fire broke out in his rented quarters on the first-floor of the building , near Kirirum Area, on street no. 288/113, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

Khan Chamkarmorn police and the Royal Gendarmerie took firetrucks to the scene to extinguish the fire, which did not spread to neighboring apartments. The cause of the fire has not been released by the authorities.
