A Russian and a Ukrainian Arrested in Kep Province, Cambodia

Police in Kep arrested a Russian guy for not returning his rented motorbike and a Ukrainian guy for living illegally.

Kep: Police in Kep arrested two foreigners, one is Russian and another one is Ukrainian. The Russian guy was involving in fraud. He didn’t return his rented motorbike. The Ukrainian guy was living in Cambodia illegally. There is something wrong with his passport and he was smoking weed.

Police in Kep confirmed that the Russian guy names ALBERTVALIIAKHMETOV was arrested after he rented a motorbike to go around in one of Cambodia’s province that has the beach since 24 April 2015, but he didn’t return it to the owner since then. After he (owner) learned that the foreigner rented a motorbike and didn’t return it back, so he filed a complaint at the local police station. Then police was investing it and finally led to the arrest of the Russian guy at Crab Market on 10 June, 2015 for questioning and preparing the documents to send him to the court.

The Ukrainian guy names RUSANOV was arrested by the police as he has some problems with his passport and he was smoking pot which is illegal in Cambodia.

After the arrest, the Ukrainian guy was sent to the immigration department to be ready for deportation.

Kep: Kep provincial police force has arrested two foreign nationals, one Russian and one Ukrainian nationals relating to fraud hire illegal overtake motorcycles and is not valid passport as well as the use of marijuana.
Minister provincial police Kep said the man Russians called ALBERTVALIIAKHMETOV were arrested after a foreigner has hired motorcycle riding trekking entertainment at province abutting sea since April 24, 2015, but did not take, and delivered to the owner of the motorcycle back. After that foreign nationals had already rented a motorbike overtake also filed a complaint with the authorities based research and market reach detained in Kep crab on 10 June 2015 to ask and build a case sent to court, punishable by law.
Meanwhile, the man un Ukraine is another name RUSANOV police arrested for allegedly using an invalid passport and the illegal use of marijuana.
The arrested man in Ukraine, was Kep provincial police sent to the Directorate General of Immigration Ministry to prepare the form expelled from the country.

At this rate we'll have to have a shuttle-bus flight between Russia and Cambodia, maybe a daily C160 would be enough

If snookyville is having a problem with overstayers, what are the numbers like for Pattaya ?
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

Staying illegally in Cambodia and refusing to live in fucking Mondulkiri or Rattanakiri becomes a problem. If they can't have sex, supermarkets and the sea they refuse to stay illegally. Good luck chaps.

Are these the first overstayers arrested in Kep ?
First crackdown was in Sihanoukville, then Koh Rong, now it's Kep - but no news from Kampot ?? (Big expat community there now for the size of the place.)
Does the jurisdiction of the new S'ville police chief extend along the coast or what ?

they are hassling a few long term under the radar guys in kampot this last 10 days or so.
seems they have a good idea of who's who
