At 9:00 am on 3 November 2017, two men were Robbed by a theif armed with a knife and bamboo stick in Protum Sakor Pagoda in Moy Village, Sangkat Chroy Cangva. The loss items were 3 smartphones and 400 000 Riel.
The accused was Nut Sitha, a 29 year-old man and the victims were Sun Menglin and Khong Thang both were 24 years of age.
The accused attempted twice: 1st attempt he had robbed 300 000 Riel and 2 phones at 10:00 pm on 2 November and 2nd attempt he robbed 110 000 Riel and a smartphone both during Water Festival.
The victims reported to the police and the robber was arrested shortly after and being questioned and awaiting for trials.
