A lady on Facebook is accusing the owner of a super duper gay friendly guesthouse (not that there's a thing in the world wrong with that) called River Queen of harassing her while she stood in front of his guesthouse waiting for a friend.

A quick Google search will show you that the owner of the guesthouse, Mr Richard James Crlik from Hazelbrook, Australia, now 52, was convicted of possessing child pornography back in 2004.

He was also a public school teacher, but was terminated upon conviction of Child Pornography.

Here is the accusation from Facebook:

"Hi, I would just like to let you all know how terribly i was treated by the apparent owner of River Queen Guesthouse today. I was meeting a friend there today, and I have met 3 other friends there in the past. Not in the actual guest house but out the front as it is the only reference point near my house. I was yelled at and accused of many things such as using the name as a business, giving people their phone number, stealing their wifi, sending my tuktuk driver there (which i do not have so have never done), and other such trivial things that I have also never done. The owner even followed me back home when I left and told me he would be seeing me again and sending the taxation department after me (which I have no idea what for). Little things to you or I but apparently not to the owner. All of which I have never done. I have never even called or been into the guesthouse myself. While out the front waiting for my friend I was verbally abused, pointed at, threatend and then physically pushed. His friend was also verbally abusive to me claiming my tuktuk driver had just woken him up (at 5pm), his eyes where blood shot and he looked quite unstable on his feet. I did not yell back and tried to explain what I was doing (meeting a friend) which he did not believe. When I was pushed I sternly told him he is not to touch me. I told him I had done nothing wrong and that I have in no way done anything to harm his business, neither have I used it for personal gain in anyway. I was merely out the front waiting for a friend.

I also told his friend after he too yelled at me (which i probably shouldn't of done i admit) to go back in and have another joint and calm down, as he was clearly of his rocker. They then spun that out of control and accused me of accusing them of being drug addicts. Which i did no such thing. Anyway, that is the story.

I am unsure where to go from here as this man seems quite unstable and I am fully aware that calling the police here can cause its own dramas. As the man now knows where I live also I would like to have something that I can do. Apparently he will be seeing me again. Any advice welcome and also I recommend avoiding all dealings with this man.

A 41-year-old man from Hazelbrook has been given a suspended sentence for being found guilty of possessing child pornography.

Richard James Crlik was issued with a Section 12 good behaviour bond by Justice George Zdenkowski at Katoomba Court earlier this month.

He must abide by all the conditions of the bond or the prison sentence will immediately take effect.

Conditions of the bond include:

– accepting the supervision and guidance and complying with all reasonable directions of the probation and parole service;

– undertaking and completing such programs and counselling as may be directed;

– being of good behaviour; and

– not using any computer connected to the internet without prior authority of the probation and parole service.

Court notes available to the public reveal police received information from Strike Force Auxin on September 27, 2004 relating to Mr Crlik accessing child pornography web sites dating back to 2003.

After obtaining a search warrant, Blue Mountains police seized a number of computer hard drives, about 300 CD-Roms and 30 floppy disks from Mr Crlik’s premises on September 28, 2004.

On examining the seized items the following day, police found that two of the hard drives contained pornographic images depicting young boys in sexual positions and perfoming sexual acts.

Mr Crlik was arrested by police and charged with possessing child pornography.

In a recorded interview at Katoomba police station on October 3, 2004, the accused freely admitted accessing and subscribing to child pornography sites on the internet, paying for these subsriptions with his credit card and downloading images of males under the age of 16.

A sample of images and video files were found saved to two CD-Roms belonging to Mr Crlik.

Mr Crlik’s sentence report states Mr Crlik was a school teacher for 12 years at Westmead public school, but his teaching career ceased upon his employer learning of the present conviction."

An insurance agent, Dan Anthony Dominic Redmond, 50, of Ambarvale, entered a written plea at Campbelltown Local Court yesterday to one count of possession of child pornography and will be sentenced on November 8. Police seized numerous images and films from his home computer, the court heard. In Katoomba, Richard James Crlik, 41, of Hazelbrook, appeared in court on a charge of possession of child pornography. He was granted bail to reappear on November 17."

"Talking of parks.....our park across the road from us recently became a magnet for lots of local young boys to play soccer. It was great to see not only them out their being active and enjoying themselves, but also their families coming along to watch and have afternoon picnics in the park. Then for some reason they erected signs in Khmer banning the kids from playing soccer (apparently it is destroying the grass). "ur building work on our rooftop apartment is absolutely dragging along....the demolition work that was supposed to take 7 days only finished 2 days ago. That's 8 days longer than quoted. They have started building the outside walls and of course today I realised they had started building one incorrectly. Hmm, now the guesthouse owner is saying that her "freinds" would repeatedly enter his premises and sit down and wait for her and use the wifi to contact her. He's suggesting that they weren't her personal friends, that she is using his place as a meeting point for business associates.

I may have to side with Captain Pervy on this.

"I'll try and condense the story, but you know it's going to be a long one pets. Anyhoo, around the same time we had a guest arrive with a dodgy tuk tuk driver who booked for 10 days. The minute I saw him (and if you've read my other blog Gay Daze you'll know that I have a fair experience of judging characters) I decided he was dodgy. So I said to my staff, I said loves, I said pets, I said loves, make sure that if he brings a boy back that you double check the boy's ID and make sure he is legal. They give ID cards out here to anyone over 15 so simply having one does not necessarily mean you are over 18.

Well he proved to be no problem except that he asked if he could use our reception computer 'to check his emails'. We often let guests do that but usually they are on for a short time so it's never been a problem. Well day after day after day this guest was hogging the computer for hours at a time. We decided to say nothing but when I noticed that my Facebook account had suddenly started acquiring new 'friends' (all young Khmer boys) I became suspicious.

I asked my staff if any of them had been using my account, which I keep logged on generally from 7am to 6pm while I'm working, and they assured me they hadn't. So I decided after a week to ask the guest if he had been using it. Of course he not only denied it but became quite offended. Anyhoo, the last night of his stay my partner and I returned from walking the dogs and upon entering the gate this guest was again at the computer but quickly stood up and went to his room. 10 minutes later I sit down and go to Facebook and find that my account has been suspended?!?

I follow the instructions and send my ID details and no reply. Over the course of the next two days I still have no response and again send my details. Eventually I give up and open a new account. Now I know Facebook doesn't de-activate accounts unless you have been reported for a violation - but honestly pets, I have never used FB for anything other than communicating with friends, posting interesting titbits and running Clean up Temple Town.

With my new account seemingly accepted I start re-adding my old friends. Within a few days I am getting 'confirm your identity' requests, which I did 3 f*cking times and passing each time. So I re-start Clean up Temple Town and then after a big night out (which we will get to later ) I log on and get another confirmation request. Silly moi! After a huge night out and no sleep I get the squiggly, moving numbers wrong and FB has now temporarily suspended certain features for the next month. So all I can do now is view posts and play games for the next 30 days.

Anyhoo, two days ago, one of my ex - staff and Facebook friends comes in and shows me on his mobile a message which I apparently sent him. Of course you can guess pets, it's a long list of friendly banter ending up with a very hardcore pornographic picture!!!! OMG so I realize that either someone has hacked my account or the guest has been using my FB to groom potential boys.

My own fault of course. I should have closed all my open pages before letting anyone use the computer. So now I'm sitting here waiting for the police to arrive and throw me into jail or deport me......."

Guess we'll only find out when he catches up on his memoirs.
