Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A man driving a Range Rover at high-speed car while crossing an intersection carelessly crashed into an Indian tuktuk, injuring the driver, who was covered with blood.
The incident happened at 8:50 pm on July 20, 2021 at the intersection of two roads, Street 214, corner of Street 51 in Daun Penh district.

Sources at the scene said that before the incident, a white Indian tricycle with license plate Mondulkiri 1A-4370 was seen driving by a man, heading from north to south, aiming to return home in Takhmao.

I'm surprised he just wanted 250. The tuktuk looks fucked beyond repair.
