Help each other?
Asians in general are never shy at making money out of any situation.
Indians, Pakistanis, SE Asians and especially Chinese. Always want a bargain but when selling want top dollar.

A few years ago, there was a one-week power outage in Temple Town. Not only did generator prices go through the roof, the police set up a check-point on NR 6 stopping trucks coming from PP with generaotrs and shaking them down, knowing damn well they had all the hotel and guest house pwners by the short and curlies.
