Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: Following an outbreak of violence between Chinese nationals in sangkat 3 in Sihanoukville, on the night of 27 September 2018, the police were obliged to intervene to restore order. In this instance, a number of weapons, such as knives, axes and iron bars were seized. The authorities warn that foreigners must obey Cambodian law.

So are we now saying that they are worse than the Russians? Or is it just because there's more of them?

russians peacock a lot with flashy cars n bike n girls n money, harmless until threaten, chinks on the other hand r easily agitated coz they feel they hv been suffered enuff

I expect high season will bring more of these incidences.
Could get interesting if the cops shoot a Chink, or visa versa.
