CD report that 50 Mazda trucks have been purchased by traffic police for roads patrols and car chases

It seems the trucks have 150hp. Enough for the cops to crash them but well underpowered to stop any serious speeding offender

I predict the same as what happened 10 years ago in France when highway police bought 50 WRX to chase much faster offending sports cars. After a few years most of them had been totaled by their police pilots

I fail to see how one of those vehicles can chase a jow on a moto down a footpath and small alleyway's. Probably should have bought police helicopter's with infrared cameras , night vision glasses ,,,
