Phnom Penh Students Arrested Carrying Large Blades

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 06, 2019, at 9:35 pm, the police arrested two suspects who were students in Sankat Teuk Laok3, Khan Toul Kok, Phnom Penh. The suspects were arrested after police found the two of them carrying a large meat cleaver and a machete for no special reason. They were sent to the Toul Kok police station to follow the legal action.

Is it allowed at all?
