Phnom Penh: Drunk Foreigner Causes Accident on his Motorbike When He Slams Brakes

Foreigner was driving in speedy mode and then when he braked, it caused the motorbike to fall and he was knocked his head with pavement which left him unconscious shortly after

Phnom Penh: According to Koh Santepheap Daily News, A foreigner was driving really fast and then he swerved to avoid a car which caused him to fall down at a corner and left him unconscious shortly after. The accident happened around 11:30 pm on 25 October 2015 along Norodom Blvd corner of street 178 located in Phsar Thmey III commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

Witnesses said, before the accident happened, there was a foreigner driving a motorbike in speedy mode while he was drunk. He was driving a big motorbike in the direction from the east to west along the street 178 and then when he reached the corner, there was a car heading along Norodom Blvd in the direction from west to south which caused him to have an urgent braking. As a result, he fell down and had his head knocked with the pavement and left him unconscious for a while and he woke up shortly later. He was brought for medical attention at Calmette Hospital and his motorbike was kept at police station in Daun Penh district.

How do they know he was drunk, because he was unconscious or just presume because it was 11.30pm? Probably swerved to avoid a drunk retard coming back from the KTV . Have Barang or Khmer witness's ?
