A 42 year old driver, Sol, was driving his truck, plate no. Kampong Cham.3A-2229, along the road at high speed, when he lost control of his vehicle and it overturned. The injured victims were all sent to Snoul hospital. The police towed away the truck to keep it at the Snoul police station.

They might get the truck held by the piggies until some token amount is paid to the injured and to families of any deceased.
Who ? The "passengers" being driven to work on the back of an overloaded cassava truck with no brakes by a guy without a license ?
Most likely somebody will have to pay compensation for the hospital bills, but that will be sorted out between the parties, negociated by the competent authorities.
