Only a total fucking wanker sees eating a dog that someone else had already killed and then dying from poisioning as "karma". It would be karmic if that person got AIDS, leprosy and bird flu on the same day.

It's a dog and a dead one - its consumption is nothing to be upset about, the deaths of 3 people and the poisioning of 30, on the other hand, is worth caring about. Unless you're an incredibly stupid fuck that thinks dogs somehow matter more than a village full of people.

Dog carcass kills three, sickens 33 in Kratie

Three people are dead and more than 30 are in hospital after two separate cases of food poisoning yesterday.

In Kratie province’s Snuol district, three people died and 33 were taken for treatment after eating a dead dog which, unbeknownst to them, had been poisoned.

Tragically, two of the deceased – Proeng Saron, 35, and Bin Laikeng, 57 – and most of those taken ill, ate the dog meat at an impromptu funeral for the first victim, 76-year-old Chea Reth, who found the dog Sunday morning, consumed it for dinner and died later that night.

“Reth started to foam around the mouth and died at 10pm. Then the villagers, who were given some of the cooked dog meat [by the victim], came to join the funeral and started to eat the dog meat,” said Snoul district police chief Chan Sokim.

Dog Meat Eating, The Death Toll Rises to Six

Kratie: According to Koh Santeapheap Daily News, Around 10:45 am on 08 December 2015, the number of people died from eating dog meat has gone up to 6 (3 male and 3 female) while more than 30 other people are being hospitalized at the hospital.
