Tuktuk Rolled Over by Land Rover in Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: An accident occurred at 12:10 am, on October 14, 2018, along Street 528 and Street 287, in Boeung Kak 1, Phnom Penh, when a Land Rover hit a tuktuk at high speed, tipping it over on one side.
The injured tuktuk driver was taken to Khemara Clinic, about 100 meters away. The tuktuk was wrecked, the Land Rover suffered a bump and a scratch; both vehicles were taken away to the police station for investigation.

Somebody should make a four wheeled tuk tuk. It would be much less likely to roll over in an accident. This would result in less damage, and less injuries.

I'm pretty sure tuk tuks already have 4 wheels.
