Old Cambodian man imprisoned for molesting a 3 years old girl

Banteaymeanchey: On 25 May 2015, on old man sentenced to jail for molesting a 3 years old girl

Source from Anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection department, the perpetrator names Mean Meoun, 50 years old, construction worker. He is originally from Battambang province.

According the source above, around 4:00 pm on 23 May 2015, this old man had molested the 3 years old girl by inserting his finger into her private area while she was sleeping in the hut.

According to the witness, names Sin Sokhum, female, 46 years old, the girl’s grandmother said, her granddaughter was in the hut (her grocery store) and she was sleeping with her close to the wall. She heard her granddaughter cried, so she turned back to see her. Then, she saw the old man with his pants down and shirt off, only his boxer remains. Suddenly the girl told her that he (old man) just put his finger inter her vagina. So, she (grandmother) screamed out loud and asked everyone to arrest the old ma and later reported it to police.
