Nigerian REMIGUS DURU OKONKWO Scams Vietnamese Businesswoman for $356,000

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Yes, let’s blame the victim.

Yes let's. In almost every case they willingly suspend any disbelief in order to indulge in a motivation based on greed for easy money. All the perp has to do is present a rough outline of a plan and the victim willingly goes along.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Yes, let’s blame the victim.
Sometimes it's the victims fault. I've been scammed before, cannabis deals that were too good to be true, and every time it was my own damn fault for not using a little common sense.

He was pretending to be American.

I don't have difficulty believing that someone online would pretend to be an American in order to troll or deceive, Steve.

I recall at least one chap who ended up face down in a ditch.

Grassed means ratted out; I've been ripped off and always those with the same complexion as our Nigerian Remus here although they could have been from other parts of Africa.

Ten years ago you could reliably buy good sticky black hash on the street in Beijing because the Chinese were running the show. It was run like a proper business. Then somehow it was turned over to the Nigerians or whoever and everything went to hell. They would rip people off, there would be brawls - it was a mess.

If you want good bud now in China, you have to buy online. On the street in Shanghai there is only dank or shitty brown hash.

Well if you heard about it correctly it must be true. You should have warned us of this demon in our midst before it all went to shit. Please accept Jesus into your heart and repent. 8-)
