2 Nigerian Men Arrested for Killing 2 Cambodian Men in a Sihanoukville Traffic Accident

Two Cambodian men were killed instantly at 11:00pm on May 10, 2016 along Route 4 between 165-166 km, located in Taney village, Jerng Kork commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanuk Vills after a traffic accident, caused by a Nigerian driver.

Police said that a RAV4 driven by a Nigerian man caused the accident (plate number Phnom Penh 2F-9446).

He was driving fast , heading from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville. Unfortunately, he hit a black motorcycle without plate numbers, causing both Cambodian men to die.

The car driver was a Nigerian man, OBIORA DOZIE FRANK, 32, and his friend, VZONDO FARIAN, 33. The victims were Cambodian men, Meach, Sarith, 53, a construction worker and another man was unidentified, told the source.

After the event, the two Nigerian men were arrested and the RAV4 and motorcycle were confiscated, being kept at Prey Num police department for a legal procedures.

Sihanoukville: The Nigerian is being sent to court for causing a fatal traffic accident at 23:35 on May 10, 2016, which caused 2 Cambodian men on a motorbike to die.

This happened along Route 4 between 165-166 km, located in Ta Ney village, Jerng Kork commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanuk province.

The Nigerian man, OBIORA DOZIE FRANK , 32 has been sent to Sihanuk Provincial court for a legal procedures, implementing a recommendation of Krola Hompong Sar Keng, a minister of Interior Ministry with traffic law procedure, said Colonel, E Sokha, a commissioner deputy of Sihanuk Provincial Order Department.

It should be confirmed that, the Nigerian men who caused the accident were OBIORA DOZIE FRANK and VZONDO FARIAN. They were driving a RAV4 car, plate number Phnom Penh 2F-9446 from Phnom Penh to Sihanuk Ville. They unfortunately hit a motorcycle (black WAVE) with no plate number driven by Meach Saren, malem 57, a construction worker lived at Monorom village, Jerng Kok commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanuk and another unknown man died instantly.

So passengers in a car that causes fatalities get arrested along with the driver?

Or it was just to make a report at the station.

not well known for sprinters only marathoners :beer3: in this case 7km p/hr doesnt get u far from the police, even the the fat n lazy ones
