Phnom Penh court decided to detain the Nigerian guy who crashed his SUV with multiple motorbikes which caused a woman died immediately and left other seriously injured.

Phnom Penh: On 3, June, 2015, the judge of Phnom Penh court decided to temporarily imprison the Nigerian guy after he had been convicted by the prosecutor Vong Bunseth for driving carelessly which caused fatally accident (1 killed and 3 injured) following the article 83 and 85 of new traffic law.

The accident took place in the early morning on 31 May 2015 located in front of house # 12C, street 1986, Phnom Penh Thmei commune, Sen Sok district.

According to police’s report, the Nigerian guy names Chris Ozor, 27 years old, working at Royal Spring Investment Group. He was living in house #9, street #1, Phnom Penh Thmei commune, Sen Sok district. On that night he was heading from the east to west and he was driving into other lane for 0.40 meter and hit the vegetable cart which was driving in the opposite direction and killed one woman immediately. After that the car was swerving to hit a group of motorbikes.
