Cham used to be Hindo but that is not the point. Who is most probably behind that NGO? Chams from abroad? My guess is fucking saoudis or other Sunnis who not only pay for mosques but appoint clerics and teach Khmer salafisme hence I find Chorlton post very a propos.
I wish my best female friend doing her PhD in Cornell on Cham culture could post about that.
