These kids will be fine. They don't have form like dickhead Ricketson. Their Embassy will sort this out I think. Cambodian government does not want to look too draconian, will affect western relations. That's my guess, let's see...

I guess there's a "no drone" local law. Back in 2015 two Westerners were detained and then released later in the day for flying a drone near the Prime Minister's house. They signed an agreement saying they wouldn't do it again.

In November 2015, a Chinese tourist was arrested and released for flying a drone near the palace. He also had to sign an agreement not to do it again.
