Und der Haifisch der hat Tränen
Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht
In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist
Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht
In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist

The twat stole something from a pharmacy in a third world country. He deserves to have his details up for all and sundry to see.

If we can discuss a chef who only shoplifted, can we also discuss an expat restaurant owner/manager who is an underage sex offender and big time book thief?

I dont mind reading about cases where the guilt is obvious and proved as in this case they get reported as a matter of routine anywhere I've lived. I've noticed a tendency on both forums for some posters to express concern for the impact on thieves for their own actions rather than the innocent victims. Quite bizarre.

Especially if the thief has a family. If this story had been about an unemployed short term lowlife expat or tourist who stole something, I don't think anyone would care. When the guy is a long time expat with a job and family people don't like to see their crimes reported.Cowshed Cowboy wrote:I've noticed a tendency on both forums for some posters to express concern for the impact on thieves for their own actions rather than the innocent victims. Has he been convicted yet? At this point he is an alleged thief.Sir_Quality_U_Feel wrote:It's a thief. It's not defamation ...

True. If a U care girl catches you shoplifting, can't you just drop the stolen items and brush her off and get out of there before the police show up? Cambodian cops are not fast to the scene. Or hand the staff back the perfume and $20 and run. Why wait around to be arrested?
