Can somebody tell me why his body was taking to the Russian hospital ? Is it the nearest to his apartment or is there a kind of deal ?
Anyway, RIP.

Bodies always seem to go to Russian Hospital. I guess they have the facilities to store them.

He wasn't teaching English. Dr. Roy was a Science teacher at EWIS. Very well respected. Spoke Khmer and even sang "goo twea bedong" at the school concert while playing guitar. A class act. RIP.

Has anyone still alive ever been taken to the Russian Hospital or is it strictly for dead people?
