do naked photos of kids always = Pornography?

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Richard, I saw the video. It was no big deal for me but I expect some will make a big deal over it.

Adults should not sexualize kids. I'm afraid this is a church campaign to make people feel cheap.

I honestly want to know which of you posters on here enjoy looking at photos of naked children and call it art?

I work with children, local and foreign kids and often read CEO during class and break times. I GTFO of this section this morning when I saw the thread title. Can you imagine the consequence if caught even though it's unintentional?

Are you a qualified/professional photographer? If so, what kind of a photographer going around taking photo of naked children? And what kind of buyers like looking at that sort of 'art'?

Literally every Joes with a smart phone, or a $100 Sony Camera these days also call themselves photographers.

I think Gen M was being a tad too nice by putting whatever it is in the spoiler, yet you whine like a little girl. If I was a mod I would completely remove this thread from the face of the earth. But whatever.

Not a comment on the photography but a call out to those who post negative comments: Use your real name. If you believe in what you have to say then own it.

That's actually a good topic if we talked about the meaning of "consent".

And by "consent" you possibly mean "empowerment" or "agency".
