Motorcyclist Killed Crashing into Tuktuk in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On April 3, 2020, a 21-year-old man, Men Pov, was killed, and four other people were injured in a fatal accident, which occurred near Borey Peng Hout, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
Men Pov was driving his Suzuki motorbike, plate no. 1N-4027, with two passengers when they crashed into a tuk-tuk at high speed. The tuk-tuk driver and a passenger in the tuk-tuk were seriously injured in the collision. The motorbike driver died, and his two friends were taken to hospital, seriously injured.

The police went to the accident scene and took both damaged vehicles to keep at the police station, while the authorities sort out the legal problems.

Apparently @CEOCambodiaNews has trouble getting used to the fact that the current month is April.
Here's the second story which is either a month old, or where the mentioned month is wrong.

Well, he/they aren't the only ones.

In the old days of cheque books, I'd usually waste several cheques by forgetting the roll-over to the next month. Thank the banking gods for debit cards.

These days, it's the turn of the copious amounts of paperwork I deal with. Crossing time zones and the use of UTC and local time, and simple mistakes often result in last months number carrying forwards a few days. Fortunately, the date error causes less tragedy than the source news item.
