Re: More price hikes in store for tourist sites
That national museum is a disgrace. When my brother visited, he felt robbed and I couldn't blame him. I brought him there because, well, that's where you bring people in Phnom Penh. However, it was slightly overpriced at $5 so $10 is downright ridiculous unless they revamp it or something. It's one thing to increase the price of Angkor Wat, but the museum has to rank among the worst national museums in the world when it comes to value.

So it's still the same? Felt underwhelmed when I first visited it more than 10 years ago. In fact, it barely registers in my memory.Bitte_Kein_Lexus wrote: ↑Wed Mar 15, 2017 11:05 am That national museum is a disgrace. When my brother visited, he felt robbed and I couldn't blame him. I still haven't been, but a friend said after she visited that the building was more interesting than the displays.
