As all Cambodians know how to ride bikes according to HE. The mind boggles.....

As of today, possessing a licence to drive a motorbike on Cambodia’s roads no longer requires a driving test.

Prime Minister HE yesterday announced the elimination of the test along with a decision to more than halve the cost of a licence in his latest move to curry favour with road users.

No more driving license if your motor bike up to 125cc.
