it would have been a lot better for SHV if they took over the whole of Victory hill area, they are out the way there and left the beach/square/serendipity side alone.... or, visa versa,
the fact theyve taken over both spots is whats fucking annoying, if im in SHV these days the only places i enjoy drinking now are KTV street and Phum Thmey

I used to live in HK - before the takeover. Then, as now, it's a deal done, and the Chinese will always make sure they get the best of the deal.
I think we just have to suck it up. Sorry for my Khmer friends and family, but we can do nothing for you. I will stay as long as I can.
