Phnom Penh City Hall said that it would monitor the administration in Samaki Raingsey pagoda to ensure security, safety and order for monks and people living there after a recent deadly dispute.
In a statement on Friday, the City Hall decided to create a commission for the administrative management in Samaki Raingsey pagoda in Mean Chey district, Phnom Penh after a group of people living inside the pagoda staged anti-government protests, causing insecurity problems in the pagoda
