Is he actually saying that because he is a CPP party member he has got to be telling the truth?
Or that he has to protect the PM because that's his job, even if it means lying?
Or is he just saying absolutely nothing and not giving an intelligent answer as to why HE got all those overseas votes?

It made me laugh when I found out that rather than blaming some CPP lackie they blamed old Sam again. :plus1:
