i hate these curfews! cant imagine it happening in sihanoukville, the bars down the beach dont start getting busy until 12am lol then where they all going to go?
being drunk and bored is a recipe for trouble

Haha, another good joke.
Sure that all of Cambodia's finest are going to spend their evenings checking out the bars to see if they are serving alcohol after midnight.
(Right, since they can't even be assed to get out of bed to do night traffic control.)

Maybe it could work IF free drinks/ commission are included in the "inspection" ?

Hate to be cynical, but it looks like another promising kickback situation.

Seriously, who is going to control this ? And who is going to go to work in the middle of the night without being sure of "earning" some extra dough ?

i guess id have to resort to day drinking, i dont like going out until around 9ish sometimes 10, it doesnt matter if i go out at 4pm or 11pm ill still be out drinking until the sun comes up, i'm nocturnal/insomniac so a 12 oclock curfew would cripple me lol
