he was found in a room with such. It does NOT say the drugs or condoms were IN HIS POSSESSION. Let's use the English language better than they do eh.

I didn't interpret the Cambodian law. Article 8 of the Cambodian penal code doesn't leave much room for interpretation.

Here is the law from 1996:

You really seem to struggle with accepting when you're wrong (or you're simply bored/trolling). Article 8 defines one type of debauchery as acts against children. The law does not state that all debauchery involves acts against children.

Stroppy, don't drive me crazy. Show me another Cambodian law that uses the word "debauchery" and is not related to acts against children. If you get arrested in Cambodia and if the charge is "debauchery" then it's exactly that and nothing else.

I'm not sure what you see when you follow those links, but on my Android device they go to a Google definition of debauchery, which says nothing about pedophilia.

Even if they linked elsewhere, you think this approach supports what you're saying? That's one of the silliest counters I've seen online. "Here, select from this list of items I carefully prepared to prove my point, and then show me I'm wrong."
