Interesting. So what is NGO "David" doing with 2 underage boys, 2 underage girls (they have mentioned debauchery.....that's the Cambodian term for underage sex) booze, and a bag with condoms and drugs in a pagoda ?????

There is nothing in that article to suggest anyone was underage. Having a drug orgy will people above the age of consent would also be considered debauchery, especially for a monk. Note they haven't been charged with sex crimes.

Ok but please tell me where anyone has been charged with debauchery. The article clearly throws the word in as context but no where does it say they were charged with it. Are you a native English speaker?

They are using the word debauchery (by definition) to describe what they were doing.
Not to describe offences committed under Cambodian law.
They were charged with drug possession and assault police according to the article. No sex crimes.
