Another sorry episode that underlines the problems that Cambodian society has with dealing with people with mental health problems, particularly in the provinces where little help is available.

Steung Treng, Cambodia News: On October 30, 2018, at 2:50 pm, a man known to be mentally ill burnt down his house in Hang Khobang village, Sangkat Samaky, Steung Treng.

After receiving the information, the police called the firetruck to put out the fire, but the whole house had already gone up in flames and burned completely.
