I think it is really common in Sihanoukiville that people don't wear helmet.

No helmet and they drive really stupid and fast. I'm surprise there aren't more deaths-by-moto. Looks like retroactive-birth control.

Article says the German's car hit them from behind, broke two legs, and the German tried to drive away. Someone on 440 says it was Stefan from Freedom Bungalows, Koh Rong. Of course I googled his name, and I got this:

You really know nothing of this town do you Francis?
Firstly - Korey owns Olive and Olive, a restaurant on Serendipity Beah rd. on the mainland and does NOT own a business on Koh Rong.
Secondly - I just saw Stefan on Tuesday. While I agree with your assessment of him, he is most definitely still in town.
I'm really over your constant Sihanoukville bashing. You obviously didn't have what it takes to make a go of it in this town, so how about you stick to that boring little hole you live in (S.R) and quit commenting on matters you have no idea about.

Looks like Stefan, but unless they moved the whole scene of the accident inc the 2 dudes lying on the floor, who are no doub't screaming for compo, then it hardly looks like he tried to drive away. He's maybe waiting there until police, ambulance, insurance man? turn up as you rightly should, whoever is to blame. (unless you got an angry, feral pack of retards gathering and they want to stamp on your head) Driving away or running off rom the scene seems to be a local trait!

His car is pointed in a weird direction, unless he was driving on the wrong side of the road.
