Manager Files Report for Violence After Punching Brick Worker
Cambodia News (Kandal Province): On August 30, 2021, at 5:00 pm in Chroy Metrey Leu village, Russey Chroy commune, Mok Kompul district, a 35-year-old man, Mai Mech, who worked and lived for the owner of the brick factory, got into an altercation with Ek Puth, a 41-year-old man who worked as the manager for the same factory.
The worker had asked money from his wife, but she refused, so in return, he prevented his wife from going back to work.Moments later, the manager came and punched the husband in the throat, causing him to return the punch which left a gash and bleeding on the manager's forehead. The other workers intervened to stop the fight and the suspect went back to his room.
The manager did not accept his defeat in the punch-up, so he filed a police report on the suspect and accused him of violence, even though he was the one to throw the first punch in the fight.
In the end, the police responded to the report and arrested the worker, and they got him to admit that he had injured the manager. The accused suspect was detained by police due to his troubled past as a drug addict.

A bit of background for this unexpected Frog gif in English :
This guy is Jean-Pierre Bellemare, a radio and tv host who created lots of shows & games, but is mainly known as one of the greatest French storytellers.
He captivated generations by telling real stories from the world with his warm and vivid voice, extraordinary stories, investigations, weirdests Interpol cases....Loads of fascinating true stories about people in extraordinary situations.
If you can get his books in English, please have a go. It's mostly reported facts, but with a much better written narrative.
His books of stories gave me some will to have an unordinary life, so, quite a strong spell when i think about it...

I am seeing this as justified, so the manager "starts it" but didn't this Mai Mech cause problems for many when he needed money and the wife refused to give any so he kept her from work which resulted in the manager visiting Mr. Mech and wife's home which then resulted in the older manager throat punching the younger Mr. Mech first.
Maybe it was necessary, given Mech's drug addled state, or worse, his drug- less addled state. Mr. Mech may have been asking for a tune up it sounds like and he inadvertently got that tune up.
If your manager strikes you and you've got well known problems then you're probably in the wrong. If your manager throat punches you and you've got well known problems then you should probably stay down.

By the look of Mai Mech, if I were the manager, I'd rather call the police from the beginning.

No doubt, the guy doesn't even have a freaking neck let alone a throaty target to punch. I'd be concerned about hygiene and just kick him so I could stay away from the filthy nappy germy parts.LoukBongThom wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 7:35 am By the look of Mai Mech, if I were the manager, I'd rather call the police from the beginning.
