Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: 21-year-old Chum Socheat, was arrested at 13:30 pm on August 27, 2019 at the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Department, after he borrowed and failed to return a black 125 Honda motorcycle 2018, Title 1HE-8168, from his coworker, Phorn Sophat, male, 23, on August 24, 2019 at 12:20 pm.

Socheat told the victim that he needed to borrow his motorbike to go to put some money in the bank, but instead, he gave the bike as collateral for a $800 loan, and used the money to play fishing games on Koh Pich. The accused man lost all the motorbike money gambling, then fled to a friend's house to hide and turned off his phone. Police caught up with him on August 27, and he will appear in court on a charge of breach of trust.

That is why Khmer people are not allowed to gamble.

Spin the wheel ,& ,make a deal.Gambling will ensure you lose your money even quicker than drugs or drink .Many of the Western down & outs about town are living example of the follie of gambling. Humans can not out think /calculate a computer program, and the house Always wins in the long run.
