- Authorities are investigating a boiler explosion which injured one person yesterday at the Bright Sky factory in Phnom Penh’s Por Senchey district.
District police chief Yem Saran said he ordered officials to go to the factory, but the owner did not cooperate with them. Mr Saran said he had asked the municipal police chief to seek compliance through legal procedures.
Factory security officials refused to allow a Khmer Times reporter to visit the premises.
