It seems the thieves committed their crime at a police station.

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 19, 2020, at 5 am, one of 3 suspects was arrested for stealing a motorbike at Phnom Penh Thmie police station, on the street 1003, Sankat Phnom Penh Thmie, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The suspect was identified as Pov Sao, 25 years old. The other two suspects ran away to escape.

The suspects stole a motorbike of a man named Mom Panha, a 30-year-old police officer. The police seized two motorbikes: 1 belonging to the victim, and the other belongs to the suspect. The suspect was detained at Khan Sen Sok Police station to follow the legal procedure.
