A married man raped a cow, but the owner accused him of stealing the cow

Pursat: Police in Otapang commune told the correspondent of Kampuchea Thmey News that around 6:00 pm, on 11 September 2015, there was a married man raped a cow and the owner caught him staying with the cow and accused him of stealing and arrested him and later on he was handed to the police.

This unexpected event happened around 1:00 pm, on 11 September 2015, at Prey Yeang village, Otapang commune, Bakan district, Pursat province.

According to Kampuchea Thmey News, the suspect name Porng Savong calls Channa, male, 23 years old. He is originally from Chomreoun Phal commune, Pursat province. He is a married man. On that day, he came to visit his mother who lives in Svay Romkeo village border with Otapang commune.

Police added, the owner name Chren Sreyoun, female, 46 years old, said. She tied up her cow with a pole and let it graze the grass and then after a while her cow disappeared. So she looked for her cow and then she saw the guy was with the cow. She caught him and handed him to the police and accused him of stealing her cow. However, the guy said, he didn’t steal the cow; he only had sex with it. Police believed that the guy was under the influence of the drug and for this case, according to the law he didn’t commit the crime for raping a cow.

I doubt the cow even noticed. It had to be akin to throwing a hot dog down a hallway. Udderly ridiculous.
